The culinary history of Santorini on a plate

MIA'S Restaurant is a point of reference at the entrance of Oia in Santorini for its innovative culinary profile and panoramic sea view. For the 4th consecutive season, MIA'S Restaurant continues the tradition of Greek haute cuisine in Oia, Santorini.

In the MIA'S kitchen, executive chef Elli Mitrai approaches the local culinary tradition with a creative eye, putting her stamp on creating an exquisite culinary experience of modern Greek cuisine. Her food is characterized by a carefully combination of local and domestic products, turning them into comfort and delicious dishes. 

The menu each year evolve and adapt during the season according to the available traditional ingredients. The protagonist again this year is the local raw material, since local producers and local fishermen make sure that the visitor can get to know, smell and taste the evolution of Santorini's culinary history.

MIA'S signature dishes are included in the lunch menu a la carte, exclusively for lunch, such as Santorinian White Eggplant Tart, Keftedes in Josper and Steamed Mussels. The dinner menu does not lack MIA'S signature dishes, such as Grilled Octopus with Santorinian Fava Mousse, Oxtail Pastitsio and Baby Rooster stuffed with Black Truffle. MIA'S menu also offers fresh catch of the day in collaboration with local fishermen of Santorini.

In addition, from 12.30 to 17.00, MIA’S serves the Set Lunch Menu once again at €45/person, an ideal offer for those who complete the route of the Fira-Oia hiking trail and find themselves at the entrance of Oia.
